Moving on.. an update from HQ

So perhaps it’s not quite as exciting as John’s usual update from his latest location, but we thought it was high time for a report direct from The TEN Project HQ in Canberra, Australia.

First up a big shout out to our web development partners Wollemi Systems – Haydn, Bruce, Sam, Zak and James who have been doing a stellar job developing our first release. A big thanks also to Cindy at Lighthouse Business Innovation, Paul and Maree at Minter Ellison and the ACT Chief Minister’s Department for their continued support.

Now that the web experience is all but ready, our mission to engage children’s creativity in imagining better cities is about to really take off. We’re expanding our network of experts and unearthing the coolest missions from all corners of the globe (can a globe have corners?).

Over the coming months we’ll be running programs with groups in Australia, the US and Brazil and getting out and talking to potential users including schools and after-scool groups, museums, city planners, government agencies and people in the business of running city focused events.

If you’d like more information on these services or if you’re an expert who would like the opportunity to have your missions tackled by a taskforce of children around the world, contact us at therese or john at thetenproject dot com or leave a comment on the site. We’d love to hear from you.
